As part of our continued expansion Flosum is currently looking for a senior-level Account Executive to expand and grow our business in the US region. As a successful candidate, you will be able to leverage our existing customer reference portfolio, and partner relationships with Salesforce, GSIs, and boutique integrators to sell the only ‘Salesforce-native’ DevOps platform to prospects who are trying to solve Devops related problems and evolve their Devops maturity.

Flosum is the only end-to-end secure DevOps, data management and data protection platform, built 100% natively to Salesforce. Our mission is to enable IT leaders to manage the Salesforce cloud with confidence and empower developers to innovate. Enterprises around the world use the Flosum platform to accelerate digital transformation by making the release process fast and easy, increase developer productivity, and remain secure and compliant.

You'll be considered a solid candidate for this role if you have:

Experience closing large 6 and 7 figure deals.

A history of working with partners (VARs, integrators, ISVs).

Negotiated cloud/SaaS subscription deals with sourcing and procurement departments.

Constructed ROI arguments that are built around a Customer's Success, rather than just closing a deal.

A passion for problem-solving and using emerging technologies to meet client requirements.

A good, working understanding of DevOps.

Experience working with or for Salesforce, a keen understanding of their ecosystem, and appreciation for use of Salesforce as a development platform.

Success selling with multiple partner types.

During the typical day, you may work on one or more of the following pursuits:

Seek to understand Prospects unique Business Challenges and patiently construct a transformational solution.

Demonstrate how Flosum solves the identified problems by delivering Discovery Workshops, Demos, and ROI-driven documentation.

Proactively identify new business opportunities within the enterprise market and qualify these with the help of seasoned BDR resources.

Muster internal resources to respond to RFIs and RFPs that pass qualification guidelines

Manage weekly reporting and analysis of the sales pipeline, keeping opportunities up to date in our SFDC CRM system.
